Criminal Debt

Online Payment for Criminal Debt:

The U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota now has the capability to accept on-line payments for Special Assessments, Fines, and Restitution up to a maximum of $5,000 per transaction.

Payments may be made via U.S. Treasury website, Pay.Gov, using a bank account or card. Defendants have the option to make a single payment, or create a recurring payment based on a schedule of their choosing. Online Brochure
