Online Payment for Criminal Debt:
The U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota now has the capability to accept on-line payments for Special Assessments, Fines, and Restitution up to a maximum of $5,000 per transaction.
Payments may be made via U.S. Treasury website, Pay.Gov, using a bank account or card. Defendants have the option to make a single payment, or create a recurring payment based on a schedule of their choosing.

Please note that District of Minnesota does not operate Pay.gov, so operational questions may be referred to Pay.gov ONLINE HELP.

Mobile App for Criminal Debt:
The District of Minnesota is also able to accept payments for Assessments, Fines, and Restitution via its mobile app, “MND Debt”. This is a free mobile application available in both the Apple and Android app stores. To download the application, please visit the following App stores:
