The U.S. District Court, District of Minnesota (“USDC”) seeks responses to its Request for Quotations #MNXDCLERK26-0011, for cyclical replacement of the painting and wallcovering in court-occupied areas of the 7th Floor of the Warren E. Burger Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse. Any award is subject to the approval both of USDC and the General Services Administration (GSA). 

RFQ #MNXDCLERK26-0011 is hereby canceled. The General Services Administration (GSA) has not provided the approval to U.S. District Court, District of Minnesota that is required for these projects to proceed at this time. U.S. District Court, District of Minnesota will continue to seek approval from the GSA for the projects and intends to re-post both solicitations at a later date.
