Rule 7.1 Disclosure Statement event in CM/ECF will be modified on March 28, 2022, to include the entry of all corporate parents, wholly owned subsidiaries and publicly held corporations when the disclosure statement is filed. A procedure to assist with the new filing requirements is available on the District of Minnesota’s website.
