The United States District Court for the District of Minnesota has approved amendments to Local Rule 54.3. Corresponding updates to the Bill of Costs Guide and AO133 have likewise been made on the Court’s website.

LR 54.3 – Costs and Attorney’s Fees
Subsection (d) has been amended to update the citations to Federal Rule of Appellate Procedure 39 due to the renumbering of some of the appellate rule’s subdivisions on December 1, 2025.
