The U.S. District Court, District of Minnesota (“USDC”) has issued an Amendment to its Solicitation for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for printer toner replacement and minor repair services, originally issued on June 14, 2024. The Amendment includes multiple changes to the Judiciary's requirements and to the Pricing Tables (Excel spreadsheet), as well as the addition of a Responses to Questions attachment. Issuance of a BPA by the Court is not a guarantee that the Court will issue any calls for service during the duration of the BPA. A BPA defines the terms and conditions that will apply to calls for service should the Court have needs during the ordering periods of the BPA. Please click on “Amendment Posting” for full content.
