The juror questionnaire contains several questions that would normally be asked in person by the trial judge during the jury selection process. By asking these questions in advance, we can reduce the number of potential jurors that we ask to report to the courthouse. Your answers to these questions will be shared with the judge and the attorneys on the case but are not filed publicly.
