PACER Fee Exemption

The U.S. District Court, District of Minnesota understands that the COVID-19 outbreak has impacted the public’s ability to access the public terminals in the Clerk’s Office to conduct research on PACER.  Therefore, the District Court encourages impacted individuals to apply for a PACER Fee Exemption.  A PACER Fee Exemption allows individuals to obtain PACER case information electronically without incurring a fee.  The Court seeks to avoid unreasonable burdens on individuals to obtain case information and to promote public access to information.  To request a PACER fee exemption to access U.S. District Court, District of Minnesota, please complete and submit the following request form at the below link.  Please note you will need a PACER account to apply for an exemption.
