Cases System. For example, entries made at 1:01 p.m. will not be
reflected until 3:00 p.m. |
| New filings received late in the day (after 4:00 p.m.) may
not appear on the system until the next morning. |
| Due to recusals and reassignments, the listed Judge or
Magistrate Judge assignment may later change. Those changes will not
be reflected on the New Cases System. |
| Sealed cases are not posted. |
| Multi-District Litigation (MDL) cases filed are not
included in the listing, which will oftentimes account for significant
gaps in the case numbering sequence. |
| The New Cases System is not the official court record.
Listings are presented subject to errors, omissions and withdrawal
without notice. The system is audited each morning for the previous
day. |
