PACER Information
Public Access to Court Electronic Records (PACER) is an electronic public access service that allows users to obtain case and docket information from Federal Appellate, District and Bankruptcy courts, and from the U.S. Party/Case Index. PACER will work behind the CM/ECF program to provide access to court documents. External customers will need to obtain an account with PACER prior to using the new electronic case filing program. Below are some helpful links that can explain the PACER system in greater depth.
Beginning January 5, 2004, free instant registration will be offered for Public Access to Court Electronic Records (PACER).
