Electronic Payment of Court Fees through CM/ECF Filing Events

Secure on-line payment of certain court fees may be made through one of several CM/ECF filing events, using the U.S. Treasury's Pay.gov system. Pay.gov has been developed to meet the U.S. Department of the Treasury Financial Management Service (FMS) commitment to electronic collections processing using Internet technologies. Three types of attorney e-filing events integrate the Pay.gov functionality: the "Notice of Appeal to the 8th Circuit" event ($455 filing fee), the "Motion for Pro Hac Vice Admission (Resident and Non-Resident Movant)" events, each with a filing fee of $100 and Attorney Re-Registration fees of $40.
