E-Pro Se is a user-friendly, interactive web application available in the available in the Minneapolis, St. Paul, and Duluth Clerk's Office locations that allows an unrepresented party to prepare the documents that are required to start a civil lawsuit electronically. The program gathers information for all necessary case initiation documents through a simple, step-by-step on-line "interview" with the user.
