Motion Hearing held on 12/22/11 re MOTION to Approve Notice. This Motion is taken under advisement and an Order will be issued. A pretrial/status conference was also held and the parties are to draft a schedule that will address discovery, dispositive motions, and the trial plan which will be considered by the Court.
