Important Location Change: As of September 30, 2005 the U.S. District Court vacated the Federal Courthouse (Warren E. Burger Federal Building) located at: 316 North Robert Street, St. Paul, Minnesota 55101. The building is in the process of being completely renovated to meet a modern court's operational needs. The renovations are currently scheduled to be completed by Fall 2008. Until the renovations are complete, all in-custody criminal proceedings are being held in Minneapolis.
