MND Debt: Mobile Application for Criminal Debt Payments

The District of Minnesota is pleased to announce the release of its new criminal debt payment application, MND Debt. This is a free mobile application available in both the Apple and Android app stores.

Users are able to make one-time payments towards their criminal debt obligation using a checking or savings account, or a credit or debit card. To make a payment using the mobile application, you will need to have your case number available.

Recurring Payments for Criminal Debt

Criminal Debt Recurring Payments Now Available Through Pay.gov Effective March 1, 2016, the District of Minnesota will allow Pay.gov users to schedule recurring payments for criminal debt. Recurring payments are only available for those defendants making payments through a checking or savings account (ACH debit) and users must self enroll through Pay.gov to schedule recurring payments.
