The Court will be hearing Plaintiffs’ Motion for Protection of Unrepresented Claimants and Potential Class Members Pursuant to Fed. R.Civ.P. 23(d)(2).

March 4, 2002, 10:00 a.m.

The Court will hold an initial conference for the purposes specified in Federal Rules of Civil Procedure 16(a), 16(b), 16(c) and 26(f) on March 4, 2002. Also, the items listed in Manual for Complex Litigation (Third), §§ 21.21 and 40.1 shall constitute a tentative agenda.

Also, counsel shall submit a preliminary report to the Court on or before February 18, 2002, containing a brief written statement indicating their preliminary understanding of the facts involved in the litigation and the critical factual and legal issues. Counsel is also directed to submit to the Court on or before February 18, 2002 a list of companies affiliated with the parties and all counsel, to assist the Court in identifying problems of recusal or disqualification.
