Ceremonies in Duluth and Fergus Falls are a single hearing. The Great Hall in the 180 Building in St. Paul can accommodate naturalization ceremonies up to 250 new citizens per ceremony. The Minneapolis courtrooms can accommodate up to 70 new citizens per ceremony.
